Cities and digital twins

Plan for 2050 today

Run your city under IPCC SSP climate scenarios, for example SSP2-4.5, and see 2050 next to today, street by street.

Today and 2050 side by side, for every street, within minutes.

Adaptation plans are made for the climate of the coming decades, but most heat maps show last summer.

It runs on the live layer your city already has. Our workflow builds a future weather file for your city from the IPCC climate scenarios, and the layer runs it like tomorrow's forecast. Same city, same physics, so 2050 and today compare directly.

Test your measures against both climates: which trees, shade and surfaces still work in 2050, and where the gap grows fastest.

Today and 2050, side by side

Switch the forecast for a 2050 climate scenario and the live layer runs it the same way. You get comparable results for every street, so you can plan adaptation against the climate your streets will actually have.

Method

Future weather from IPCC scenarios

Our workflow fetches the climate projections for your city and morphs today's weather file into the scenario year. The live layer then runs it like any forecast.
