Tokens and usage
Tokens pay for analyses. One account has one token balance. It works on the platform, in the plugins and through the API.
What one analysis costs
We split a site into square tiles. One analysis on one tile costs 10 tokens. Pedestrian wind comfort costs 50 tokens a tile. Solar analyses use tiles of 512 m. Wind analyses use tiles of 512 m at a step of 256 m, so a wind analysis needs more tiles than a solar analysis for the same site. A site of 500 m needs 1 solar tile and 4 wind tiles. Facade and room analyses count batches of points. The SDK shows the number of tiles before you run, free of charge.
AI workflows have a fixed price for each area size:

Plans and top-ups
The list price is €0.10 a token. Plans and prices are on the pricing page. Plans add tokens each month. Top-up packs add tokens at any time. The price of a top-up token follows your plan. You can buy up to 50 packs in one order.

How long tokens stay valid
- Monthly plan tokens stay valid to the end of the paid year.
- Top-up tokens stay valid for 6 months after your last top-up.
- Signup tokens (900) stay valid for 42 days.
Tokens have no cash value and we do not refund unused tokens. If a run fails because of our fault, we return the tokens. We can change prices for new purchases. We tell you before a change affects a plan.
