Pricing Questions
Can I start without paying?
Yes. Every new account gets 900 tokens at signup, with no credit card. That is about 90 standard analyses, or 18 pedestrian wind comfort analyses, on the same engine the paid plans use.
When do the free signup tokens expire?
The signup grant expires 42 days after you register. It is a one-time grant — the free tier does not refill each month. To keep a monthly allocation, move to a paid plan or buy a top-up pack.
What is the difference between Starter, Advanced and Pro?
All three unlock every simulation model. They differ in monthly tokens and sustained request rate: Starter 500 tokens and 10 req/s, Advanced 4,000 tokens and 30 req/s, Pro 50,000 tokens and 60 req/s.
What is a token, and what does one analysis cost?
Tokens are one currency across the platform, the CAD/BIM plugins and the API. The cost is fixed by analysis type: 10 tokens for a standard analysis and 50 for pedestrian wind comfort. The area you study does not change that price. AI workflows are the exception — they are priced by area bracket, from a single block up to a whole city.
What if I need more tokens than my plan includes?
Buy a top-up pack. Each plan buys at its own rate, so the price per extra token falls as the plan gets larger. Tokens from a pack sit on the same balance as your monthly allocation.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Upgrade from the billing page and it takes effect at once. A downgrade is scheduled for the end of the paid period, so you keep what you already paid for.
